This is an exclusive VIP revel of the Headquaters Bar featuing HOCK Kitchen Experience. Royal Ferguson Hospitality has teamed up with Marlon Hayles presenting a full dining and drinking expereince; HEADQUATERS BAR featuring HOCK KITHCEN.
On Sunday February 27th you will get to taste samples of the new food and drink menu. This tasting and sampling will be included into the ticket price below;

ABOUT HOCK'S KITCHEN:
Hog, Ox, Cock, & Kind...HOCK Kitchen Experience, is the fresh new venture from the mind and heart of Mrs. Ena’s (of the local icon Ena’s Caribbean Kitchen) son! Marlon Hayles, the one that is always in the kitchen or out on the Ena’s OuttaRoad food truck, offering up some delicious and flavorful dishes. With over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the industry, along with various culinary tours and studies, Marlon has developed a menu and kitchen concept that highlights the rich flavors and spices of his family’s Caribbean and Creole heritage.
HOCK, will feature smoked Pork, Beef, Poultry, and various ‘kinds’ of side items seasoned with housemade rubs and spices. Borrowing from his culinary travels and studying the smoke pit and jerk techniques used throughout the Caribbean and Creole country in the states. Marlon put together a robust and mouth watering menu, featuring entrees that pair savory and creamy cheesy grits with the delicious smoked meat of your choice and an equally as delightful sauce or gravy smothering it all! The meats and poultry will be available by the pound. There will also be a selection of homemade BBQ sauces that are already fan favorites from the food truck and a few new ones that are sure to be crowd pleasers.
