In this unique session, Glenda seamlessly blends live violin with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to invite the therapeutic benefits of sound healing to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and emotional restoration. As the gentle flow of sound envelops you and resonates through your body, it facilitates a meditative state, encouraging mental clarity, helping to release tension, reduce anxiety, and promote a deep sense of calm.
Whether you seek emotional release, stress relief, or a moment of peace, this violin sound immersion will leave you feeling restored, centered, and rejuvenated. Join us for a transformative journey of sound and healing.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing.

No experience is necessary. Sessions are open to all who seek relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner
harmony. However, please consult with your healthcare provider before registering for this
experience if you have any type of metal or medical device (such as a pacemaker) in your body.
Meet Your Instructor:
Glenda is a classically trained musician and 200-hr yoga instructor and loves that she can combine her two passions to help others create a deeper connection to themselves and the world. After years of practicing yoga sporadically, she began a consistent practice in 2021. Glenda came to yoga stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and lost. Life and work were out of balance and self-care was practically nonexistent. She hadn’t noticed at the time that years away from her violin was wearing on her mind, body and spirit. Yoga offered Glenda a way to recenter and challenge her mental and physical being just like music had done throughout her life. Yet, something was still missing. Towards the end of her yoga instructor training in 2022, she discovered the modalities of sound healing and Reiki. It was the spark that led her back to performing and reignited her commitment to healing through music. Her passion for the healing arts led her to become certified in sound healing and attuned in Reiki in 2024.
