Violet Tendencies (formerly Breakaways) are a punk rock band from Naarm, born out of the heart of the Frankston music scene. The five-piece blend the raw power of punk with flashes of reggae and metal creating a sound that hits hard yet refuses to fit neatly into any box. Known for their high-energy live shows and attitude.
Putting the Breakways name to rest Violet Tendencies are reemerging for the release of their new single MaryJane. Catch them live on November 8th and be among the first to experience a whole next chapter.
