Vinyl Tuesday 18 @ El Fresco: RESURFACED Art Show

RESURFACED is a group exhibition exploring textiles, fabrics, prints, and the layered dialogue between surface and depth. Opening on Tuesday, October 14th, 7–11 PM, the exhibition is part of El Fresco’s ongoing Vinyl Tuesday series in Little Havana.

El Fresco, in collaboration with PATH, Inc., brings together professional and emerging artists to investigate how substrates, surfaces, and textures act as more than aesthetic grounds. Through painting, textiles, mixed media, and experimental processes, works in the show highlight how fabric, pattern, and material structure not only conceal but also reveal what’s beneath the surface. By layering mediums and resurfacing patterns, the exhibition invites audiences to consider the unseen threads that connect material to meaning.

Artists include: CamNut, Chauve, Drigo, Marine Fonteyne, Gems, Brian Lacey, Rodrigo Londono, Jamie Louisa, Brandon Opalka, Jel Martinez, Nemek, Jenny Perez, Remote, Johnny Robles, Gina Salvatore, Sab Rock, Kiki Valdes, and ZeFlorist.

The evening will also feature DJs, the Writers Bench, and the community-driven atmosphere that has defined El Fresco’s monthly Vinyl Tuesday gatherings.
