Anything that plays music is good. Understanding the hierarchy of sound will get you even closer to the music you love. Knowing how to choose for yourself and how simple set up details can make music even more fullfilling is good for everyone.
Our focus is music and things anyone can hear and connect with. With more and more folks playing vinyl, the internet is a sea of noise and confusion that AI seems to amplifiy. Likewise, when streaming, many folks are using their phones at home when they could easily have a better experience.
There is nothing wrong with how anyone listens to music.
What are some things anyone can do to get better sound? Wanting better sound is not an "audiophile" thing any more than buying organic food or choosing better anything makes one a snob or a "foodie." It simply means you notice and you care. It also usually means, you like to learn the "whys" and value knowledge.
There will be some "gear speak" but we will do our best to avoid it. It's far more important that we answer as many basic questions as possible.
Audio gear is its' own hobby, like stamp collectiing or building scale models. Our learning sessions are for people simply wanting a truer more intimate connection to music.
