During the quiet of winter, we plant the seeds. Now, as the light returns, it is time to tend to the garden and nurture what is ready to grow.

This Spring Equinox workshop is designed to help you align with that seasonal shift. We will begin with a heart-opening vinyasa practice centered on balance, creating space in both body and mind for new energy and perspective. After our flow, we will take time to set a personal intention for the spring season and move into a guided meditation to reflect on what we hope to cultivate in the months ahead.

We will then bring those intentions into the physical world by creating personal vision boards, allowing you to not only envision your future mentally, but also express it creatively and tangibly. This process helps give shape to your intentions and supports the manifestation of the growth you wish to welcome into your life.
