Join Jo-Z (@joz.dugdale) and Courtney (@soulfullyogamaryland) for an all-levels yoga class in the historic old Park Inn on Frederick Rd near the NCR trailhead (across from Elizabeth Jacobs salon). We will spend some time leaning into setting intentions, creating space to listen to our needs and desires and find a focus word to guide us. We will enjoy breathwork and a gentle flow with Jo-Z, then a vinyasa flow (approx 1 hour) with Courtney. We will savor our gentle cool-down and savasana and meditation time as we wrap up class and have some time hanging out with our fellow yogis. Event COST: $45. This is a non-refundable event, rain or shine (we are indoors). Space is limited to 35 people.
