Vinyasa + Vibes: a Pemberton Edition

Step into a nourishing, high-vibration wellness experience as we gather at the iconic Pemberton Hotel in downtown Phoenix for an elevated outdoor yoga + wellness social. Our guided sessions will be led by certified yoga instructor, Tamara Dill, whose grounding yet energizing approach welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Each session begins with a 30-minute vinyasa flow, led by Tamara Dill. This class is designed to be vigorous yet beginner-friendly, inviting all levels to build heat, connect with breath, and ground the mind.

We will be hosting a Wellness Mixer before each session, featuring:

• Music + good vibes

• Complimentary Polaroid photo

• Complimentary Energizing wellness shots
