Vinyasa practice | grounding flow | lululemon Zürich

Join me for a 60-minute vinyasa yoga practice at the lululemon store in Zurich. This is your invitation to flow mindfully and release tensions from your physical body, emotions and mental space.

This practice combines breath awareness with gentle mindful movements and the activation of energy centers. Whether you're in pursuit of enhanced flexibility, inner serenity, or a holistic well-being experience, this practice offers something special for everyone.

This yoga series is held in English. No experience with yoga is required. All are welcome.

Feel the positive flow of giving and receiving. A minimum contribution of CHF 10 per participant is set. Yet, you can follow the below recommendation:

• CHF 20 for AHV/students
• CHF 30 otherwise
