In this 3-part series, dive deep into the foundations and fundamentals of a vinyasa flow. Take time to review the purpose and meaning, proper alignment and the benefits of each pose separately and how they complement each other when sequenced together.

In our time together, we will move mindfully with our wisdom. Refreshing and/or gaining insight into modifications that work for your body. In this workshop we will honor the ancient practice of yoga and come back to the basics. All levels are welcome, I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
