Come along to Ale's yoga classes for some fun and accessible weekend movement
Ale offers a vinyasa flow style class that caters to all levels of ability with supportive modifications and encouraging amplifications.
Open to everyone. All levels welcome
Bring your mat or Mats are also available if you are in need.
$20 per class. Pack of 5 classes $95 or 10 classes $190.
