Vinyasa Saturday Yoga class & social coffee catch up ?Come along to Ale's yoga classes for some fun and accessible after-week movement and grab your tea or coffee then for the extra half hour to connect with new friends or create new connections ?
Ale offers a vinyasa flow style class that caters to all levels of ability with supportive modifications and encouraging amplifications.
Open to everyone. All levels welcome
Bring your mat, warm clothes and fluffy socks. Blocks are a bonus. Mats are also available if you are in need.
$20 per class. Pack of 5 classes $95 or 10 classes $190.
