Vinyasa Flow with Adam - Tue/Thur 7-8 pm

Yoga classes in 'Lo Spazio Creativo' studio on the top floor of St Marget's House, for experienced practitioners.
About this Event

Fresh flowy classes with melodic tracks you may not have heard in a yoga class before. Less-is-more voice cues. No overt spirituality but all of the soul (there may be some optional ohm's because chanting is nice).

Yoga mats are freely available but you may wish to bring your own. Familiarity with basic poses is assumed, not suitable for complete beginners. Hosted in 'Lo Spazio Creativo' Studio on the 6th floor of St Margaret's house.
