Join us on the rooftop overlooking the McDowell Mountians, as we slow flow through a gentle Vinyasa while holding a Mimosa in your hand (So FUN!) followed by a 15 minute sound bath, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and refreshment. After we finish on the rooftop enjoy a day at the pool.
