Vinyasa flow for all levels in a serene outdoor setting.
The flow will be guided by Mayce Palker, founder of Mindful Healing Co. After the flow, enjoy a relaxing sound bath meditation. My hope is that after the class, you will feel a renewed sense of energy ♡
The class takes place underneath the pavilion with fans overhead to ensure shade and breeze while still being able to enjoy the beautiful view.
Class will start between 11:15-11:30. Come early to get your spot! Bring a mat and water
