Pura Vida and Blue Carrot are excited to bring you a morning of fun movement and delicious drinks with our Vinyasa & Pilates w/ a Smoothie Flight event!
Join us at Pura Vida Barre & Yoga on Oct. 5th to enjoy 30 minutes of "flowy" vinyasa movement with Gabbi followed by 30 minutes of intense mat pilates with Eddie. This hybrid class will kick up your inner fire, strengthen your core, and deepen your mind/body connection. After class we will enjoy a flight of hand crafted, organic smoothies created by Eddie himself- a knowledgable nutritionist of over 10 years. We are so excited to move, drink smoothies, and enjoy your company! Spots are limited for this event so reserve in advance.

Tickets: $30 per person. Includes class, smoothie flight, and a $5 coupon to Blue Carrot.
