• Limited parking is available behind the café on Berendo Street.

• Please do not double park so everyone can come in and out smoothly. We strongly recommend carpooling!

• Go Metro! Take the purple/red line and get off at the Wilshire/Vermont station.

• The cafe will close from 4:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 8 to give the cafe staff their break. We ask for your kind understanding during this time.

• PER THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES, ALL ATTENDEES WHO ENTER THE CAFE MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19 OR PROVIDE A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. To be considered fully vaccinated, your records must indicate at least two weeks from your final dose. This does not include your booster. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

• Face masks/coverings must be worn at all times; no exceptions.

• With a drink/cake purchase, you will receive a cup holder (at random), an art print, and 4 photocards. To receive up to 3 cup holders, you must purchase 3 drinks.

• Due to the limited availability of the pink and blue cup holders, you will receive one of your choice if you purchase 3 drinks. Additionally, you will receive a raffle ticket to enter into our giveaway!

• Cake purchases will receive a special event decal set while supplies last.

• Photo spots will be available throughout the cafe for you to take photos with the decor! Please do not touch any of the decor. This ensures all guests will be able to enjoy the event when it is their turn.

• Unfortunately, because of the current nature of the pandemic, we will not be offering dine-in services during the event. We ask that you enjoy all drinks and cakes outside the cafe.

• Reserving a time slot is absolutely free. You may reserve a ticket for you and up to three (3) guests in your group. If there are more than 4 in your group, you must make a second reservation.

• Everyone in your group MUST have a ticket in order to enter the café, even if they are not participating. This includes any parents/guardians, brothers/sisters, etc. If you forget/do not include someone in your group, they cannot enter with you and we will not be making additional accommodations.

• We ask that you show up to the café 10-15 minutes before your chosen time slot to check-in. Check-in for the event will happen behind the café in the parking lot on Berendo Street. Please have your confirmation email, vaccine proof, and ID ready to show one of our volunteers.

• Please do try to show up during your chosen time slot. We are offering grace periods of up to one hour before and one hour after your chosen time slot to enter the cafe.

• • Because the cafe will close for an hour from 4:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 8th, those with reservations from 3:30 - 4:00 PM are welcome to show up between 2:30 - 3:45 PM and 5:00 - 6:00 PM.

• If you can no longer make it to the event, we ask that you please cancel your tickets by going into "My Tickets." This will ensure that others may be able to come to the event.

• All attendees will undergo temperature screenings before they are allowed to enter the cafe. If your temperature is above 99.8, we will ask you to leave.

• Face masks/covering are required at all times. They CANNOT be taken off for pictures, eating, and drinking while inside the cafe.

• Please maintain social distancing rules (6 feet apart between each party) to keep a safe environment.

• If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay home.
