Come sip & shuffle at Silver Vine Winery's Monday night gypsy jazz jam. No cover, but please support the venue and tip the band. Music is every Monday, but designated dancer meetup is the second Monday of every month.⚠️ In December, the vino will be vibing on the third Monday (12/15). If you show up on the second Monday (12/8), there is an egg nog competition that is going to cause some significant chaos in Arvada.
🍷 What to expect: a very chill dancer hangout that also has some dancing. First high top table (closest to the band) will be reserved.
🎷 Music: Hot Club of Olde Town. Volume is conversation-level, no need for earplugs.
💃 Floor: The floor is uneven concrete. I have a drop floor that dramatically improves the situation, so you can wear your normal dance shoes. Drop floor is pretty small (5x8) and fairly fast, fits 1 couple swinging out, 2 couples doing Bal-swing, and 3 couples doing pure Bal.
🚗 Parking: There is a paid lot at the corner of Webster & W 57th, but free street parking is almost always available.
