Join Sally Belcher in a practice to manage anxiety. The holidays can be joyful and also stressful. By moving the body with the breath and incorporating, in particular, exhale and suspension, our bodies will have a chance to balance the sympathetic/parasympathetic system. Instead of running from the proverbial tiger (aggghhh, Christmas is only 10 days away!!), we will be able to allow our bodies to ‘digest’ what is real and what we might be fabricating in our monkey minds!Appropriate for all levels.
