This event will be held in the Wintergarden on the 9th floorOn the surface, it is a power yoga flow pair with a live DJ but at its core it has two main goals:
- Make it accessible - The cost of a drop in class in Chicago ranges for $25-$40. Breaking barriers to wellness by making extraordinary yoga experiences free for everyone.
- Break the stigma- Challenging the stigma that yoga is only for women, we create spaces where all genders can connect, grow, and thrive together.
