Immerse yourself in the ultimate vineyard adventure with our exclusive Regenerative Vine to Bottle Experience. Your evening begins with a scenic vineyard tour aboard our tractor and trailer, leading you to the beautiful Merlot Mesa with a hosted bar throughout the evening.
Under the guidance of Vineyard Manager Greg Pennyroyal, enjoy a hands-on grape picking lesson, then be captivated by a falconry demonstration showcasing these incredible birds in action.
Savor a chef-prepared dinner grilled to perfection right on Merlot Mesa with a hosted bar throughout the evening. The journey continues in our production area, where you’ll explore the art of winemaking—from barrel tastings in the Tank Room to learning each step of the process.
