Vinci July Wine Dinner

Join Lincoln Park’s Vinci for their July Wine Dinner on Wednesday July 10th. The traditional Italian restaurant will be featuring a four-course meal paired with Le Pianette Wines.

Start the evening with Calamari and Arugula Salad with a glass of Fonte Delle Donne before enjoying Vinci’s Mezz Rigatoni pasta in a tomato mushroom cream sauce. This second course will be served with Ciliegiolo a red grape variety of central and northwestern Italy.

The dinner’s main course consists of Grilled Chicken and Veggies prepared in oven-dried tomato sauce with Toscana wine. For dessert diners will indulge in fruit and zabaglione an Italian dessert or sometimes a beverage made with egg yolks sugar and a sweet wine.
