Having grown up in the 70s and 80s, many of the songs will include songs from these eras as well as a few modern classics. Also, each person that attends is asked to bring 1 pound of non-perishable canned foods that will be donated to the local food bank, "Camella's Cupboard" in New Milford, CT.

The Silo in New Milford, CT was owned by Ruth and Skitch Henderson. In 1983, Henderson founded The New York Pops orchestra, which makes its home at Carnegie Hall in New York City. He served as the music director and conductor of the orchestra until his death in 2005. He was also the original band leader for Johnny Carson. Henderson also conducted numerous symphonic orchestras throughout the world. The Hendersons purchased the Upland Road property in 1968 and created a world-renowned mecca for musicians and artists of all ages, along with its well-known Silo Cooking School, founded in 1972. Thanks to Alessandro Piovezahn and his wife, Daniele, for bringing this wonderful place back to life.
