Vinyasa to Yin will feel like an interesting rollercoaster ride with a strong athletic flow to warm up, tone, stretch, and twist the physical realm and then slowly transition into longer Yin holds targeting our hips and hamstrings. Students can expect strong, nurturing hands-on assists during the Vinyasa with quiet soothing stillness for the Yin wind-down.
