This class ticks so many boxes - a lovely VINyasa flow with an amazing static YIN section. (Half & half)•
This is a multi level class and there will be options for all levels.
Each student will be given props and instructions to suit their body and ability whether working on flowing sequence or static postures.
Class for all levels! (more experienced will be given options to power it up!)
Note: If more experienced than you will work deeper and stronger
Class suitable for ALL LEVELS and experience.
