Villanelle is Chicago's only queer focused wedding and events venue, located in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago! Come tour the venue, meet with the owners and peruse three pop up vendors on January 8th between 6-8pm.

Located above Dorothy, one of Chicago's only lesbian bars owned and operated by the same wife duo Whitney LaMora and Zoe Schor, Villanelle is great for celebrations big and small up to 100 guests. With a hospitality forward mindset, restaurant capabilities, years of event experience and the ability to also celebrate in Dorothy - Villanelle is uniquely qualified to be the homebase for your big day.

Mertle & Dot is a queer-owned, Chicago based floristry that offers designs as unique and special as the people receiving them. Whether you’re planning a wedding, hosting a baby shower, celebrating a loved one’s life or need a “just because” gift, Mertle & Dot’s vision is to create connection and strengthen community through flowers. Owned by Alex Onion, a self-proclaimed #DomesticFeminist, Mertle & Dot is the product of three generations of strong, lipstick-wearing, party-throwing women.

With an extensive inventory of meticulously curated décor, furniture, tableware, and unique items, we bring your vision to life. JEMMs are Forever Rentals proudly works to incorporate sustainability into all aspects of our business. Our unique rentals from Victorian furniture pieces to China dinnerware, are mostly sourced second hand and we seek to breathe new life into these antiques and allow for a new generation of people to truly enjoy them. In addition to how we source our rentals, the rentals in and of themselves help contribute to sustainability by reducing the new items and decor needed to be purchased for an event.
