Come make your life more interesting and join our intimate Villain Rehab Night: a themed mindfulness retreat!
Your RSVP includes a full evening of creative mindfulness activities [such as storytelling visualization meditation, intentional journaling, eccentric games] designed to inspire how to get to the next chapter of your life, charcuterie, soft drinks, and surprises!
Fun IS a whole strategy when it comes to life goals, so come try it out at this experiential party! Come vibe and get into flow state with us.

Age range: Our events + classes tend to get mostly people in their 30s and 40s, but anyone 25 and older is welcome. [No children allowed in the space.]

About the Host:
Hi! I'm Alaska (RYT), and I run Peace Out—a high-energy mindfulness club offering offering fun, peaceful experiences to help busy people reset and feel more alive.
Our events include things like the (Mar 27-29) — featuring luau yoga after the slopes and hawaiian charcuterie!! — and themed meditation classes like Indiana Jones Mindfulness in Boston.
I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher (300+ hours) who likes helping people find real mindfulness in unexpected ways.
