Tom is a retired US Secret Service Agent with a 22-year career working extensive Protection and Criminal Investigations. Provided protection to Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Clinton, Bush and traveled to 20 foreign countries and 48 of our US states. Made hundreds of criminal arrests on cases of counterfeiting, US Treasury checks and threats against Presidents. Subsequently, worked for several years in the Iraq and Afghanistan war zones. Presentation will cover history and jurisdiction of the agency, high profile arrests and assassinations and attacks on Presidents, with focus on the history of the typical assassin and the failures of the USSS regarding President Trump.
