Village prenatals are here to create that solid sense of community. As well as creating a safe, non-judgemental container for us all to express how we are feeling, what we desire in an ideal birth and postpartum, and any other fears or emotions coming up.
Mamas with positive birth experiences are also encouraged to join and share how beautiful birth can be.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a journal. You're welcome to bring any snacks or drinks you like.
Tea will be provided.
