About this Event
Village Of Mothers (@villageofmothers_la)
Is having their first ever Flower Festival Sunday, JUNE 11th, 2023. This festival is an educational wellness event and fundraiser celebrating and highlighting holistic families. Together we are focusing on the ways we can use plants as alternative medicines — utilizing these medicines to expand our minds, combat pain, regulate hormonal imbalances, aid depression prevention and more. We are curating solution-oriented, heart-centered conversations, all while weaving together music, networking and learning. Our passion is to assist in unifying the BIPOC community through health-oriented celebration.
Our mission is to provide revolutionary support to BIPOC families because we believe strong families are the glue binding each individual to the world. They are our priority.
So often we see parents struggling trying to keep their families together and strong while also prioritizing their own health. We hope that with this event we can bridge community, provide networking resources, and most of all give us an opportunity to celebrate parenthood together. We truly believe that the foundation of a tight family can start with us.
Our goal is to raise enough funds to expand our community programs and pour into the mothers with more healing gatherings, birth services, travel opportunities and entheogen guidance. With your help we can do this!
