Vikings families, lock it in! The day after we take on Kempsey at Oxley, we are keeping the weekend momentum going with a massive day of club fun.
Get your crew together, pack the car, and get ready for a social event like no other.
📍 THE DETAILS
• Date: Sunday 21st June (The day after the Kempsey home game!)
• Start Location: Oxley Oval at
• Starting Time: 9:30am
• BBQ Time: 1-3pm
• Cost: Only $20 per car
🛑 WHAT EXACTLY IS A CAR OBSERVATION RALLY?
Crucial rule: It’s NOT a race! It is a family-friendly scavenger hunt on wheels.
When you start, you'll be given a set of written directions and a series of questions to answer along the course:
• 🚙 Drive-by clues: Some answers you'll spot right from your window as you cruise past.
• 🐌 Slow-mo sections: Some will require you to slow down to spy the hidden answers.
• 👟 Get out and explore: For a few clues, you'll need to hop out of the car to count, search, and investigate!
💡 TOP TIP: The more spotters you have packed into your car, the better your chances of winning! Bring the kids, the friends, or your teammates.
🍔 POST-RALLY CELEBRATIONS
Once everyone completes the course, we’ll be wrapping up the day with a club BBQ and an open bar. Because this is a true club day, we are keeping food and drink prices strictly member-friendly!

To help us lock in catering numbers (and sort out the bar logistics!), we need to know who is coming. We will be launching an official online entry process on our Website and Facebook page very soon.
