What makes a city truly
memorable?
Join panelists Ellen Owens, Executive Director, American Visionary Arts Museum; Kevin Miller, Board President, Baltimore Architecture Foundation and Jason Steer, Executive Director, Creative Alliance for a thought provoking conversation led by Moderator Tom Hall, Senior News Analyst, WYPR. They’ll explore how art, architecture, creativity, and community shape the experience of Baltimore. Together, we’ll consider what makes a city memorable, how people develop a sense of connection to the places they call home, and the role that culture, public spaces, and community play in creating a vibrant city. The conversation goes beyond the buildings, institutions and events that define a city to explore what happens when creative people, ideas and experiences come together to shape the places where we live, work and gather.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available under the building. Entrance is located on Charles Street just north of Pratt Street. Please have your photo ID ready to show the parking attendant or front desk in lobby.
