📣 Exciting News! The Royal High Jinx will be performing at View Street Amplified in Bendigo on Saturday, June 13th, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the front steps of The Capital on View Street. The lineup also includes Louise MacGregor and Sam Pollock before us, and The Sultry Sistas afterward, with a DJ set by Funkmaster Vinnie. The best part is it’s all FREE 🤩 so bring your friends, your dancing shoes and come down and join the fun!

Melbourne's enchanting contemporary world music group, The Royal High Jinx, have taken the Australian festival scene by storm, infusing stages with originality, virtuosity, and theatrical flair. Their music draws from European traditions, adorned with gypsy jazz, Latin, Balkan & swing rhythms, and a touch of folk cabaret circus.
They've captivated European audiences on their "Gone Gone Gone" Germany Tour and have played hundreds of shows both in Australia and internationally. With three dynamic albums under their belt, they’ve been described as the "Balkan ABBA" for their catchy songs, infectious tunes, and glamorous show.
As nominees for the AFMA People's Choice Award in 2023 and 2024, they are thrilled to celebrate with you. Immerse yourself in a world of excitement as Melbourne's most vibrant band joins you for a fun-filled afternoon of singing, dancing and happiness.
Joining the High Jinx will be Bendigo songstress Louise MacGregor known for her soulful and heartfelt acoustic pop original music featuring Sam Pollock on blues guitar. And stick around for the Sultry Sistas who play and sing a joyous mix of jazz standards, Latin dance, classic pop tunes and soulful howling ballads on clarinet, accordion, guitar and mandolin.
