Join Mai Nguyen for her in-person class on Vietnamese Street Food and learn to make three of our favourite Vietnamese street food dishes. We'll start with Mai's fabulous Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi, then you'll learn to pan fry your own Banh Xeo, a crispy pancake filled with pork and seafood. For dessert you'll build your own Che Ba Mau, Vietnam's Three Colour Dessert!
