Robusta is a hot topic lately. We are interested in it not only from the climate change point of view, but also seeing it rise to a respected place in the specialty coffee industry. You can sample the best of this year’s harvest when you join Coffee Quality Institute and Stone Village Vietnam to taste a selection of fine robusta coffees from Vietnam. Stone Village is working with producers in Vietnam to improve the quality of their robusta coffees, and we think you will be impressed.

These coffees have been chosen through a competitive process, and come from five provinces in Vietnam: Lam Dong, Daklak, Gia Lai, Kontum and Daknong.

Robusta is grown by millions of farmers around the world. Improving the quality of these coffees is likely to result in higher prices and better incomes for producers. Diversity among coffee drinkers and coffee buyers has the power to expand the coffee market. A better understanding of robusta coffee allows for more diverse investments that benefit producers.
