Join us in welcoming vide to Columbus on 1/13!
Early influences within the Rock and Metal scenes naturally gravitated
vide to learn guitar at an early age. Eventually he discovered
electronic music in 2010, in particular, the growing influence of heavier
sounds that were fresh in the electronic scene at the time. With the
musical background already in hand, vide started producing himself
and soon thereafter began releasing music officially in 2015 with
noteworthy singles such as alone, leanin on tha curb, and henny and
pineapple .
While vide’s earlier work moreso highlights his high level of musicality,
he eventually gravitated towards a heavier, genre-bending sound
driven by adept production ability that can easily been heard in his
earlier EPs Treason (2018) and Deathbell (2019). His unique way of
pushing the limits of sound design continued to evolve through his
most recent project, Rain (2021), in addition to various releases and
collabs as a member of the Lost Dogz collective.
