It’s hard to believe it’s been twenty years since Vida Mia first came to life, and what makes this journey so meaningful is the wonderful community and friendships that have grown along the way. We’d love nothing more than to celebrate this milestone together with you!❤️ To make the evening especially exciting, we’re delighted to welcome the **Almirón Tango Company from Buenos Aires** , led by the amazing Sergio Martin Almirón (see below), for a dazzling show and workshop.🌟 We’re also thrilled to welcome back Rohin Mhatre as our guest DJ—expect high energy and a packed dance floor all night long🎶🔥! 7:30pm - 8:45pm: "SHARED AXIS & VOLCADAS", immersive workshop with Martin Almiron. In this workshop, you will explore techniques to create balance, connection, and fluidity with your partner, while learning to execute elegant and dynamic volcadas. Perfect for dancers looking to deepen their understanding of tango’s shared movements and enhance their social and stage presence. Whether you want to improve your lead/follow skills or add more creativity to your dance, this workshop will give you practical tools and playful exercises to bring precision, style, and confidence to your tango!
8:45pm – 1:00am: MILONGA with the SHOW , DJ Rohin Mhatre, carefully chosen light bites and savorables

$45 class + milonga; $25 milonga only, $30 class only.
Full-Time Students with ID and guests who travel long distance (more than 30 miles): $40/$20 / $25

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Martín Almirón is a highly accomplished tango dancer based in NYC, whose illustrious career is marked by exceptional achievements. Trained at the National University of Arts and University of San Martín in Buenos Aires, he is a five-time World Tango Dance Championship finalist in both Salon and Stage Tango categories. Almirón has graced the stages of the world’s most prestigious theaters, including New York City Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, American Repertory Theater in Boston, National Theatre of Panama and the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. His remarkable talent has led him to perform in acclaimed productions such as Broadway’s "Evita," where he also served as the Tango Dance Captain.
