Step into the candlelight this Halloween and experience the beauty and mystery of an old-fashioned Victorian-inspired Table Tipping Séance with Jessica Kozak Shaw.
Each session will take place within an intimate sacred circle illuminated by candlelight and surrounded by a beautiful Victorian ambiance, creating a peaceful setting for connection, reflection and communication with loved ones in Spirit.
While we are embracing the mystery and tradition of the Victorian séance, this is not intended to be a spooky or frightening experience. Jessica’s table tipping circles are uplifting, beautiful and often deeply meaningful experiences centered around love, healing and connection.
Before each séance begins, Jessica will create sacred space and lead prayers of protection, setting the intention that only loving, benevolent spirits and loved ones in Spirit who come for the highest good of everyone present are welcomed into the circle. The entire experience is held within a respectful, spiritually protected and supportive container.
What Is Table Tipping?
Table tipping is a fascinating form of physical mediumship and spirit communication that became especially popular during the Spiritualist movement of the 1800s.
Participants gather around a table and gently place their hands upon its surface. As the group works together and the energy of the circle builds, the table may begin to rock, turn, tilt, move or occasionally lift. These movements have traditionally been used within séance circles as a way of exploring communication with Spirit.
Jessica will guide the group throughout the entire experience and facilitate communication as the circle unfolds. Every séance is different, and no particular movement, message or spirit connection can be guaranteed.
With only five participants in each session, everyone has the opportunity to be closely involved in the experience.
