About this Event
In the lead up to the 2022 Planning Summit for Public Libraries Victoria and State Library Victoria, it is time to consider what has changed in society and public libraries in light of the upheavals of the past few years; and explore how these changes may impact on our agreed directions and priorities as outlined in the Victorian Public Libraries 2030 strategic framework and the updated work undertaken prior to the last Planning Summit held in 2019.
Business strategist and author, Steve Tighe will lead Victorian public library CEOs and managers and leaders from the State Library through a strategic trends workshop within the context of VPL 2030 and subsequent work to identify future trends and explore how these trends may impact local communities, and library operations, service delivery and programming.
The workshop will be held in the Isabella Fraser Room at State Library Victoria and will include catered morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.
THIS EVENT IS ONLY FOR CEOS AND MANAGERS AT STATE LIBRARY VICTORIA AND PUBLIC LIBRARIES VICTORIA.
