Victorian Gilded Walnut Ornaments

Have you ever tried your hand at gilding? Visit the Gilded Age mansion at Staatsburgh to create lovely small ornaments—a beautiful item to gift or for your own home.

Inspired by the story, “The Gilded Walnuts,” this workshop offers participants all the materials and instruction to make these delicate period ornaments, while enjoying light refreshments. The mansion’s gift shop will be available before the start of the workshop for early holiday shopping.
