Victorian Christmas Ball
About this Event
Dance Lesson
At 1pm dance caller Tom Tumbusch will teach a lesson on some of the dances that will be danced during the evening ball. There is no dress code for this part of the event, guests are welcome to attend in comfortable clothing.
Dinner
Dinner will be served plated in two dining rooms, the Conservatory Room and the West Point Room. Please check that you and your friends are in the same dining room as we may not be able to make changes to seating.
Dancing
Spend the rest of the night dancing waltzes, reels, and cotillions with the accompaniment of our live musicians. Punch and hors d'oeuvres will be provided in the ballroom, as well as a credit bar for those requiring something stronger.
Tin Types
We are estatic to be featuring High Life Tin Types of Colombus, O. at this event. Details on how to sign up for a time slot will be sent to guests via email about a month before the day of the ball.
Dress Code
We ask that guests make an attempt at period formal wear from 1837-1901, with a preference for 1840-1860.
