For our regional finals, we invite our mixologists to draw inspiration from a bar that has marked their imagination.
A dream of going toa hypermodern bar in Singapore, a memory of falling in love with a small beach bar in Phuket, a project to visit a posh bar in New York?
All inspirations are good!
On the menu:
A welcome cocktail, 8 unique cocktails concocted by our finalists, paired with appetizers offered by Chef Josue Castillo and sous-chef Mo Dawson of Café Mexico.
