💥 Celebrate Victoria Day with Yoga & Wine at Monte Creek Winery!🧘 Join us for a relaxing Victoria Day morning for a 60-minute all-levels slow-flow yoga class on the lawn beside the main building at Monte Creek Winery.
🤗 Come with friends, or make new ones! After class we'll enjoy a complimentary glass of wine in the picnic area.
🎩 Remember to bring a hat, sunscreen, water, and your yoga mat—though you’re welcome to practice barefoot on the grass if you prefer or forget your mat. Feel free to bring a block as well. This event runs rain or shine, with indoor space available if needed.
🦀 LJ Jackett is a Kamloops-based instructor with 10 years of experience around the greater and Vancouver Island. She’ll be hosting Yoga & Wine sessions with us throughout the season—more dates coming soon! She also teaches outdoor classes, local retreats, and studio sessions around Kamloops.
