• 19+ event (valid TWO physical government IDs required)
• Limited capacity (Up to 60 guests)
• No outside food or alcohol permitted
• Event takes place Victoria Inner Harbour for a smooth ride
• Tickets are non-refundable (unless event is canceled).

Light bites are thoughtfully prepared to complement the experience while maintaining a clean and comfortable onboard atmosphere.

A fully stocked cash bar will be available throughout the event, offering:

Victoria Boat Party is a premium summer event series bringing a new level of curated nightlife to Vancouver Island.

This is more than just a party — it’s a sunset experience on the water, combining music, atmosphere, and a carefully selected crowd.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

• All ticket sales are final
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events
• Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or carried over to another date or event

👉 Entry is valid only for the specific event date purchased

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest without refund for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Intoxication or disorderly behavior
• Failure to comply with event rules or staff instructions
• Safety or security concerns
• Not adhering to dress code or event standards

All decisions made by event management are final

• This is a 19+ event
• Valid TWO government-issued IDs are required for entry
• No ID = no entry (no exceptions, no refund)

• No outside food or alcohol permitted
• The event operates under a licensed bar
• Responsible service policies apply at all times

• Guests attend at their own risk
• The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Personal injury (except where caused by proven negligence)
• Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings

• Guests must follow all marine safety rules and crew instructions

• The event takes place in Victoria Inner Harbour
• Route and timing may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Marine traffic
• Safety requirements

• Such changes do not qualify for refund

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify the event if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control or where operational requirements cannot reasonably be met, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather or unsafe marine conditions
• Government orders, restrictions, or regulatory requirements
• Required permits, approvals, or licensing matters
• Mechanical, operational, or vessel-related issues
• Safety or security concerns
• Public health emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances
• Operational or logistical considerations, including where minimum attendance requirements are not met

In the event the Organizer cancels the event, ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the amount paid for their ticket(s), processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date. Ticket purchasers who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund in accordance with the refund instructions and applicable deadline communicated by the Organizer.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

The Organizer reserves the right to use all media for:
• Social media
• Marketing & promotional purposes
• Event recap (after-movie)

No compensation will be provided for such use.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.

Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
