Event Itinerary:
- 5:45 PM - 6:15 PM: Arrival, Check-In, and Potluck Setup
Arrive, check in, and set up your potluck contributions in the designated area. Grab your name tag, a handout of the event schedule, and mingle in our open networking area.
- 6:15 PM - 6:30 PM: Welcome and Introduction
Join us for a welcome speech explaining the event's format, objectives, and potluck etiquette, followed by a short icebreaker activity to get everyone warmed up.
- 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Speed Networking
Engage in 5-minute networking sessions. A bell will signal the end of each session, guiding you to your next connection.
- 7:30 PM: Post-Event Podcast Style Interview
Conclude the evening with a podcast-style discussion, reflecting on the night's experiences and insights.
Potluck Details: Please bring a snack to share with the group. Drinks will be supplied by us, ensuring everyone stays refreshed throughout the event.
