-DO NOT ARRIVE 1 MIN BEFORE YOUR HEAT STARTS! THE TIME YOU SIGN UP IS THE TIME YOU BEGIN YOUR WORKOUT!
-If you are signed up for the Intramural Open you will need a judge and scorecard when you workout. Other members are happy to judge you, so make sure to return the favor!
