Vicarious Trauma Training (VTT) is a specialized training program designed to educate individuals individuals about the effects of vicarious trauma, also known as secondary trauma or compassion fatigue.
It provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to reduce the negative impacts of exposure to traumatic material and support their own well-being.
