They’re bringing the fun with raffle gift cards and race-ready vibrators for all contestants, plus plenty of prizes for both competitors and spectators.Each year, the Tampa City Athletic Association rolls out the track to host this one-of-a-kind event in support of The Spring of Tampa Bay, an organization dedicated to providing safe shelter and empowering services to survivors of domestic violence and their children.
