You are invited to simply receive, allowing the waves of sound to move through you and awaken what your energy most needs in this moment.
What to Bring:
Dress comfortably and bring anything that helps you nest—blankets, pillows, yoga mat, and water. A few extra comforts will be available if needed, but you’re encouraged to create your own cocoon of rest.
