We're bringing the calming sounds of the ocean to you with Audrey, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist for our next Sound Healing Event. **This event is limited to 14 participants.
Sound healing is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health.
When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward vibrational alignment with health.

Sound can help us shift our energy frequency from lower to higher, removing the lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger, and resentment. Sound can also unlock blocked emotions and release them with ease and grace. One of the most powerful modalities of Sound Healing Therapy is the use of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They will clear your mind and aid in the process of releasing deep layers of tension and stress stored in the physical and energetic body.
The singing bowls that Audrey from Blue Elephant Vibes uses for each session have been hand crafted and are of the highest quality. While been hand hammered they have been infused with ancient mantras and prayers thus each piece contains hundreds of prayers offering high vibration and spiritual energy.
